MSSRF-LANSA researchers share FSN evidence with Odisha Government

The Farming System for Nutrition (FSN) approach is a feasibility study undertaken in Koraput District, Odisha, and Wardha District in Maharashtra. This is part of research under the Leveraging Agriculture for Nutrition in South Asia (LANSA) programme consortium led by M S Swaminthan Research Foundation (MSSRF).
On March 20, 2018, research evidence from the FSN study in Koraput was shared with the Planning & Convergence Department, Government of Odisha, and this was followed by an open discussion led by R Balakrishnan IAS, Development Commissioner cum Additional Chief Secretary. Other government dignitaries and representatives from academia and research institutes were also present for the discussion. The meeting was well-attended with around 30 participants.
